A busy house builder based in Warrington are looking for a Trainee Services Coordinator to join in April into the development team where this person will learn about the pre-construction stages involved with house building and will grow into this position where they will be involved with liaising with utility suppliers and managing connections on new development sites. Duties of a Services Coordinator
Working in the development team a Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the designs for the utilities for the site, looking after the Gas, Electricity, Water and Telecoms from initial design through to installation and final connection.
Duties will include:
" Coordinate the production & review of layouts and working drawings. " Provide technical support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales departments and maintain good communications to ensure the required level of service is maintained " Prepare Sales and Legal information e.g. Conveyance and management plans, sales layout and show complex layout " Check sales brochures for technical accuracy " Procure new utilities supplies
