The Role - Training Advisor
Due to the opening of a new training centre, we are looking to appoint a new Training Advisor to be based in Sheffield.
The main purpose of this role is to take a leading role in the Sales & Business development of 3B Training in the Yorkshire region whilst ensuring courses run smoothly with customers receiving an excellent service at all times.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to put their make their mark on a rapidly growing business. You will be key to the successful development and operation of this exciting new venture.
The Person - Training Advisor
The ideal Training Advisor will:
Have a background in construction or training sales
Be experience in conducting meetings with new and perspective clients
Show good attention to detail
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hold a valid UK driving license and their own vehicle
The Package - Training Advisor
As recognition for your skills and experience the successful candidate will be offered a salary of £20,000 - 23,000 depending on experience + a car allowance + performance related bonus. You will also be given 28 days holiday (including public holidays) and we'll give you your birthday off once you've successfully completed your probation period!
