The Role - Training Coordinator
Due to an increase in the demand for courses in our Yorkshire region, we are looking to appoint a Training Coordinator to be based in our Doncaster office.
Reporting to the Training Advisor, the main purpose of this role is to support the growth of 3B Training's venues in Durham, Leeds and Hull whilst ensuring courses run smoothly with customers receiving an excellent service at all times.
Key duties will include:
Deal with incoming enquiries and bookings for open courses and ensuring they're followed through to conclusion
Coordinate trainers ensuring they are booked and allocated on the CRM to all courses
Book and organise training venues as necessary
Ensure open courses have sufficient delegates in order to run
Complete course notifications with accrediting bodies for courses which are due to take place
Handle course cancellations and transfers
Meet and greet customers and ensure the course registers are signed (as and when required)
Passing in-house and broker leads onto the sales team
Ordering course materials
Speaking to new and key customers about their training needs and providing options to fulfil their requirements
Communication with customers regarding offers, discounts & promotions
The Person - Training Coordinator
The ideal Training Coordinator will:
Be highly organised and self-motivated
Have good client account management skills
Be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills
Show excellent attention to detail
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be enthusiastic and a team player
Hold a valid UK driving license
The ideal person - Training Coordinator
To be considered for this role you must have a background in either Training or Construction as well as proven experience in a similar customer facing role with strong administration skills.
You will be confident and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. In addition, you must be familiar and confident with all Microsoft packages.
In reward for your skills and experience you will be offered a salary of £18,000 plus 28 days holiday (including public holidays). The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
