Meet The Team
Dave has over 22 years’ experience in the construction recruitment sector and established Bromak in 2003. As well as Bromak Dave also co-owns 3B Training Limited with his wife Justine. To this day Dave remains a hands on director and is involved in the day to day running of both companies. Dave is passionate about supporting charities and encourages Bromak employees to take part in fundraising whenever possible.
Hannah is responsible for the development of the Bromak supply chain, key accounts and gaining preferred supplier status as well as growing Bromak’s permanent division. Hannah has a wealth of experience in recruitment with 12 years in the industry and became a Director in 2012. Hannah is the face of Bromak at networking events, if you see her make sure you say hello!
Cam is our resident Kiwi and joined the company as a Trainee Consultant in 2005. Over the past 10 years Cameron has worked through the ranks running teams, branches and regions whilst consistently being one of the company’s top billers. Cam was promoted to Director in 2013 and is now responsible for the smooth running of the Bromak branches so spends most of his time out on the road.
Gareth was promoted to Regional Manager in 2015 after working through the ranks at Bromak. He is responsible for our branches and presence in the North East, Yorkshire and Midlands including running a team of 13. Gareth is an avid Sheffield United fan and has two children.
Chelsey is responsible for the temporary blue and white collar recruitment teams in the North West. Chelsey is focussed on developing relationships with key clients across the region and improving efficiencies across the branch. Bolton born and bred Chelsey is the life and soul of the party and is consistently one of Bromak’s top billers. Outside of work, Chelsey is a lover of sport and fitness so can often be found in the gym!
Group Finance Manager
Jodie is Bromak’s resident number cruncher and is responsible for the day to day running of the finance department. As well as managing the team Jodie looks after both accounting and analysis across the business. Jodie is also a fully qualified open water scuba diver and enjoys exploring the waters when on holiday.
HR & Training Manager
Ruth worked in Bromak’s recruitment team before moving in to HR in 2014. Ruth is responsible for internal recruitment and keeping our dedicated employees happy, as well as delivering company incentives and training. Ruth is a keen music lover, when she isn’t working she’s probably at a gig!
Payroll and Compliance Manager
Ruth is responsible for our Payroll and Compliance Teams ensuring that all of our hard working candidates receive their money on time regardless of payment method as well as ensuring that we comply with all laws and regulations. Ruth works closely with all Bromak branches to ensure best practice and improve processes. Ruth’s favourite holiday destination is Turkey where she goes at least twice a year.
