Registering with Bromak – What You Need to Know.

Bromak are a construction specific recruitment agency. We are always looking to register great candidates – including labourers & tradesmen, construction professionals & new home sales consultants. We have a strong client base, working with some of the biggest names in construction across the country. Keep reading to find out what you need to know before registering with Bromak.

Why register?

Many people may currently find themselves in the unfortunate position of looking for a new job. Registering with Bromak is a great way to find out about a variety of suitable positions. You may hear about job opportunities that are not yet advertised. You will also have a single point of contact to deal with across potentially several different job applications (making the process easier for you!).

How to register:

Registering with Bromak couldn’t be easier. You can do this online by simply uploading your CV to our website and answering some questions relating to the type of job you’re looking for. Or if you don’t have a current CV, you can call your local Bromak office. From here, one of our experienced Recruitment Consultants will go through your details, work experience and requirements.

If you’re already registered with Bromak but want to update your CV or details with us – you can do this online by logging into your account on our website, or giving us a call.

What you will need:

Before Bromak can place you onto an assignment or into a permanent position, we will need to satisfy our legal obligation and our obligation to our clients by running a few checks. These checks include confirming your eligibility to work in the UK, verifying references and ensuring any relevant tickets or qualifications are in date.

To save time when placing candidates into a role, we will ask for these documents at the point of your registration. It really helps to speed up placing you on an assignment if you can provide them at this point. We will accept copies of your documents sent via email, WhatsApp, or in the post (as long as the copies provided are clear).
