New Recruitment Agencies are constantly popping up in the market and from a candidate’s point of view, this may not always be a good thing. If you sign up to more than one agency, it means there is a higher chance of your details being duplicated to clients (which may have an adverse effect on your application), and also makes it difficult for you to keep track of your ongoing applications. That’s why it’s advisable to only sign up to companies you trust. It’s important to do some research on agencies before you agree for them to represent you, so you can trust that they will do you justice!
