A Bolton-based training company has marked its most successful year yet with a restructure, an investment in new jobs and a move to a new site. Bromak Training, which was established in 2011 to deliver health and safety training to the construction sector, has changed its name to 3B Training following a year of growth.
In 2013 the company saw its staff headcount more than double and brought its total number of regular training venues to six, adding new centres in Durham and Watford.
Now, 3B Training will move its Bolton headquarters to new bigger premises on Wingates Business Park in Westhoughton, with the rising numbers of delegates attending courses requiring larger training facilities.
Mathew Bewley, director of training at 3B Training said: “Our growth over the past year is solid proof that there is optimism in the built environment and construction sector, as well as a real commitment to the training and up-skilling of staff.
“The rebrand to 3B Training reflects our transformation into a ‘one stop shop’ for efficient, quality health and safety training throughout the whole of the UK. As a company we have evolved over the past year and we felt the time was right to develop an identity of our own, while still benefiting from the close relationship with our sister company, Bromak Recruitment.”
The range of industry-related training programmes offered by 3B Training includes all classroom based health and safety training courses, such as CITB accredited courses, fire and first aid training, and IOSH.
Its clients include Housing Maintenance Solutions (HMS), Marlborough, Seddon Construction, Arley Homes, Mears Group and Forrest Specialist Housing Renewal.
